Sparrow Schools primary school learners move from Eloff Street Ext, Johannesburg to The Foundation School, 1st Avenue, Melville Sparrow Skills Centre opened its doors.  This centre provided skills training to the disenfranchised youth of South Africa who have barriers to learning.
